Over 20 years of Real Estate Sales - Starting in Minnesota in 1984 rezoning land and developing neighborhood Strip centers and then joined a major Commercial Developer as a a Leasing Specialist with over 5,000,000 Square Feet of Retail spread over 5 States - I was involved in mostly small shopping centers -I eventually ended that experience joining CB commercial before buying a franchise (Cost Cutters) and moving west. Married in California and re- licensed about 12 years ago My Wife Nancy (licensed for over 18 years) and I are a solid team selling mostly Single Family homes - some Farm land, Some multi Family and in the last few years lots of Homes in New Developments.
