Todd Walling, Broker Associate of W Real Estate, based in the Santa Rosa airport location is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties in a variety of real estate related transactions.

Todd has built a solid foundation of clients through his application of practical analytics, professionalism, and attention to detail. Todd obtained his degree in Real Estate and began first working as an Appraiser. As an expert in the valuation process, Todd converted his vast experience to exceed his client’s expectations including diligence, passion and the sophistication required for today’s real estate markets. Active in the community, Todd is a proud member of the Mark West Area Chamber of Commerce and its effort to collaborate with the continued success dedicated to advancing the economic well-being & uniqueness of the Mark West Area.

Todd chose the airport location for proximity to his roots, his life-long interest for machinery and airplanes and added convenience towards obtaining his private pilot’s license.
