We closed on our new home yesterday. What a blessing and smooth process it was! I prayed and asked God to bring us the right realtor, and He brought us Tolga Alper. We first connected in early July. The following week we visited a couple of properties.
I was very nervous getting this process started. Although, this was my fourth home buying experience, it was also my first one following the passing of my husband. So, definitely was a bittersweet experience. Tolga was very patient, he provided guidance where it was necessary and allowed me to make my own decisions. He wasn’t pushy at all. We visited well over 30 properties. I think the last count was 37 properties, from July- Nov…
I highly recommend him (his team) as a realtor. He was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking to buy into and a blessing to work with.
