Tom Benjamin

Tom Benjamin has 32 years of commercial property development and asset management experience. He is primarily focused on identifying and selling investment grade residential opportunities along with using his extensive background to successfully represent both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Benjamin delivers his clients a hands on experience by using knowledge derived from developing, building, and operating large scale mixed use commercial property portfolios. The asset categories he has recently worked with includes luxury homes, condominiums , and hotels, along with prior experience restructuring and selling two troubled commercial real estate portfolios totaling 4 million square feet. He attended Georgetown University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and launched his real estate career in New York City where he worked for five years prior to relocating to Newport Beach, CA.
