I was lucky to have Tom as my agent when I was on a house hunt in NYC. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as an agnet to help me find the home I wanted. He’s pleasant to work with, knows the neighborhoods and even most of the properties, and certainly gives a damn about your experience throughout the process.

Tom assisted my husband and I in finding our first place in NYC -- no small feat considering we're emigrants with no US credit. Not only is Tom extremely knowledgable about different neighbourhoods, he knows which questions to ask and how to build an application to make you stand out to landlords. He's professional, energetic and extremely present with clients. Despite a leg injury, he made it to almost every single viewing with us. Cannot recommend Tom enough! He's the best!

Tom was a fantastic broker for me while relocating from out of state to New York City. We spent a full day together touring apartments across town. Tom was excellent to work with. He’s a very thorough agent and really knew the details of the various buildings we were considering - most from prior experience. After every tour he’d send a recap and walkthrough video which was super helpful after viewing many apartments

Tom recently helped me find a place in New York as an emigrant from another country with a very different rental market. Tom was excellent to work with and made the process highly efficient, which was greatly appreciated given my busy schedule and limited down time. He showed a lot of knowledge about the areas that I was interested in and helped guide me through various considerations for which area of the city would be the best fit. Even with no US credit score Tom was able to help me find a great rental unit within the discussed price range that checked all of the boxes including location, unit features, square footage and building amenities. Tom made himself very available and was responsive around the clock to help me find a place within a short window of a few days while I was visiting the city.

I would highly recommend Tom to anyone else looking to find a great place to live in New York City
