Tom is very personable and really cares about his clients and their best interests on top of being extremely knowledgeable on all things pertaining to real estate. Tom continually goes above and beyond to get answers, solve problems, and to keep clients happy and comfortable in their home buying experience. I have personally worked with Tom three times now, and I would never recommend or use anyone else as my Real Estate Agent.

Tom is not only very professional and highly responsive to our questions, he guides us through what will enhance the property for a timely sell or, shares concerns of which we should be aware when making a purchase. This is the integrity we see in working with Tom and his agency. Tom does amazing research to locate properties that fit within our budget and business plan. He was quite patient with us because there was some difficulty with our financing and we needed a few extensions on our purchase agreement. Tom has been the most incredible agent! In the process of buying our first home he was amazing to work with every step of the way! When visiting homes he was honest and upfront about his opinion and assessment of the home we were viewing which was extremely helpful as first time homebuyers because we weren't particularly looking at finishing touches, foundations, roof sealing, etc - we were focused on the shiny things. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful about all aspects of buying a home. He answered all of our questions (and there were a ton) promptly and with kindness. He was always available when we wanted to view homes - even if they were far away. Our schedule is a bit wacky and he catered to it without question. Not only was he available while we were looking for the perfect home, he also was present every step of the way after we found the home, which is extremely helpful to have a familiar face that is an expert in the home buying process. He truly had our best interest in mind, and I didn’t have to doubt that for a second (which is an extremely big deal when buying a home).

Overall, if you’re looking for a trustworthy agent that makes the process of looking for a home easy, seamless, and without pressure and stress - call Tom and get him as your agent. He goes above and beyond like it’s a natural reaction!

Tom Bhramayana is an exceptional person and agent. He makes you feel like family from the very start. He is so personable, and he works very hard to get the job done. He helped us to sell our home and build our new home with such ease. He sold our house for tens of thousands of dollars MORE than what other realtors said they could/would do ~ and he sold it SO QUICKLY! Selling a house, buying a house, building, moving - these things are so stressful. Tom alleviated that stress for us and made our experience as carefree and pleasant as possible. I've never met a realtor like Tom, and would trust no one else with such an important job. He is absolutely the BEST.
