Tom (and his son Collin) did excellent work in the buying of one home and the selling of another! I purchased from an FSBO, and they worked very well to navigate the sometimes murky waters between a buyer with an agent and an FSBO. When selling my home, they priced it right so I received multiple offers in the first two days. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. They know the market, the area, and the ethics necessary for being savvy real estate agents!

So... he sold our house in a day (for much more than I thought we would ever get) and helped us close on our new house very quickly. He even found an electrician and a roofer to make some minor repairs to the new house to help keep things moving along.
He was calm for us in the middle of a very stressful situation.
If we called him, he either answered or got back to us the same day.
I've heard people say realtors don't do enough for what they get, this one does. He's a pro and you should hire him.
