About Tom Brummett
Tom Brummett brings over 10 years of architectural and design experience to his real estate practice. He earned his Master’s Degree from the renowned Cranbrook Academy of Art and Design, and has personally designed and built a 2,000 sq. ft. loft in Center City, as well as rehabilitated and redesigned 3 homes in Philly and Montgomery County. His hands-on expertise gives his clients a valuable advantage when preparing and positioning a property for sale.
Tom understands estate sales and divorce with both skill and sensitivity, helping families navigate emotional transitions with professionalism and care. As a longtime resident of Center City, Chestnut Hill, and Montgomery County, he has deep knowledge of local schools, neighborhoods, and community character throughout the metro area and surrounding suburbs.
As a real estate investor, Tom has designed a single-family home project from the ground up and has first-hand experience with Montgomery County land development and municipal permitting at the township, state, and federal levels.
Art and nature are central to his life. Tom’s internationally awarded photographs of the natural world have been featured in major museums—including the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
