Personal

Tom was raised on a farm in Kansas where he developed his character and hard work ethic. At the age of twelve he moved to Sanibel Island, Fla. This is where he developed his passion for the game of golf. After years of schooling, he graduated with a degree in golf management. In 1991 he relocated to the Hilton Head Bluffton area and started working his way up the ranks of the golf business.

In 1998, Tom transitioned into the real estate business, selling homes and home sites in local golf communities. He worked at Callawassie Island for two years where he specialized in home site sales, resale homes, and new construction. He quickly rose to the top to become the number 2 sales person within Callawassie Island. He was also an on site sales executive at Southbridge Golf Community in Savannah for eight years. Throughout his career, Tom has sold over 360 homes and home sites! Tom is very experienced in the build process, where he has assisted over 45 homeowners from start to finish. He has also been the managing broker over two offices for over five years. If you are looking for a seasoned agent that has mastered the real estate process, you just found him.
