After graduating from UC Santa Cruz in 1995, he turned his focus toward real estate. While working as Lead Sales Agent and on-site sales manager of new home projects with a Santa Barbara-based development company, he successfully closed over 100 home sales and developed experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, from property analysis and construction to sales. Tom then returned home to Marin County in 2001 and joined the Mill Valley office of Coldwell Banker.
