Tom Deck

TPW Real Estate is pleased to welcome Thomas J. Deck to our team of dedicated real estate professionals. Tom has worked and lived in the Manchester area for over 25 years. He will be joining the TPW team as part of the Manchester office.


Prior to working in real estate sales, Tom worked as a freelance outdoor writer. He has authored several books on fly fishing and wingshooting. For over 20 years Tom has been associated with the Orvis Company, working at their fly fishing and wingshooting schools.


Tom is an active volunteer in the Manchester community. He coaches several youth sports teams in basketball and baseball. He is a trustee for the Village of Manchester and Maple Street School, a volunteer for Special Olympics, and the Manchester community food cupboard. Tom has been an active investor in real estate for over 15 years and has bought and sold properties in New York City and Vermont.


Tom is married to Dr. Deborah Henley who is an Orthopedic Surgeon with Vermont Orthopedic Clinic at Rutland Regional Medical Center. They live in Manchester Village with their son Hudson.
