Tom Deitche

Tom Deitche, CPM® has been performing property management for commercial and multi-family properties for over 30 years. Tom has extensive knowledge of Asset and Facility Management, including office, retail, medical, industrial and multi-family properties. Tom also holds a Managing Brokers license with the Indiana Real Estate Commission. Tom was recognized by the National Apartment Association (NAA) as Maintenance Technician of the Year and subsequently Property Manager of the Year.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). An alumnus from Leadership Fort Wayne, Tom has been very involved within the community as both a board member and on advisory committees. A native of Fort Wayne, Tom has invested his time and talents within the Fort Wayne area serving his clients, as well as the community, his entire life.
