Agents shouldn’t be too busy to take calls from their clients, have their voice mailboxes full or take more than a day to respond to their clients. That is totally unacceptable, especially when a buyer is super excited about seeing and subsequently purchasing a home.

Before transitioning into real estate Tom was self-employed for many years and worked in the legal arena with attorneys and their clients. Tom knows the importance of customer/client service and his goal is to see that you have a pleasant, unforgettable experience in the sale or purchase of your new home.
