About Tom

It is easy to praise teamwork, but Tom and his partner Janie live for it. For them, sharing goals is a way of life. They were high-school sweethearts and never looked back. They have been married for almost half a century (and counting). They started in real estate together, becoming licensed on the same day and joining Long Realty together, five days later. Their biggest accomplishment as REALTORS® has been to build The Tucson Homes Team. Their team—now comprising ten seasoned professionals, plus themselves—can handle all their clients’ needs. they close more than one hundred transactions a year, with a dollar value north of $20 million. Their sales production puts them in the top one percent of all Tucson agents. But the numbers only tell what happened, not why. At The Tucson Homes Team, real estate is a team sport. They all win by placing clients first, and by meeting the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and effort. Experience counts too, and their team represents more than 150 years in real estate. Tom’s time as an Air Force fighter pilot, and then during a 25-year career as a pilot with American Airlines, taught them the incredible power—and necessity—of working with people you trust. In real estate, as in aviation, there is no room for error, shortcuts, or miscommunication. They approach every transaction as a major life event for the people involved, because that’s what it is. They do their best to support every buyer and seller during what a difficult time may be.
