Tom is a Broker Associate with SunCoast Group Realtors in Holiday Fl. He became a licensed Realtor in New York in 1977 and moved to Florida in the early 1980's. While in Florida he remained active in Real Estate buying and selling homes and managing rental properties. Tom has lived in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties and Western North Carolina. He relocated to Beacon Square in Pasco County 12 years ago. Tom soon became active in the Beacon Square Civic Association and enjoys his time working to make Beacon Square a better place to live. He is known as Mr Beacon Square around the neighborhood because he sells so many homes there.
