This is my 2nd time working with Tom Flynn. After the amazing experience I had with him the first time, he is the only real estate agent I even consider working with. He found me an investment property, negotiated a lower price, got the deal closed quickly, and within 3 weeks of closing he already found a great renter for the new place. We can’t speak highly enough about Tom, I would give 100 stars. We were first time home buyers and Tom was so patient and extremely helpful guiding us through it all. He’d always points out the things we missed to consider, gives honest genuine opinions, and was always super responsive, proactive, organized. He cares about helping you find your dream home, and at the right price, this was consistent from the beginning to end. It’s such a relief to work with him especially in this market. Tom Flynn was there from the moment we listed our apartment. His professional attitude, leadership and guidance through our selling process was fantastic. With the Covid-19 difficulties for showing the apartment, Tom never let that get in his way. He was able to have open houses while being safe for both the seller and the prospective buyers he brought to see the apartment.

The Photos and virtual tours were excellent in the current atmosphere and made it easy for the prospective buyers to have a clear understanding of the apartment and all that it had to offer prior to even walking in the door.

The pamphlets and brochures were done with taste and excellence, providing the buyer with all of the upgrades we had done to the apartment. In addition, there was a clear explanation of what the common charges covered and the benefits that they provide.

After you know someone for 30 years, you know them and you know them well. If Tom was selling used cars and I needed a car, he would be the first one and only one I would talk to. If he was selling widgets and I needed a widget, he would be the first one and the only one I would talk to. Tom however sells real estate and for my next real estate transaction, he will be the first one and the only one that I will talk to. Why? Because he has more integrity than anyone I've ever known and his willingness to go the extra mile , defines who he is. It's been a pleasure for the past 30 years and it will be a pleasure for the next 30.
