Tom Folliard

I've been in real estate since 1991 and have seen the market go up, go down and go back up many times. I've done residential sales, commercial sales, foreclosures, short sales and worked with investors.

I'm active in my community volunteering with both Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. I also volunteered with many organizations that help senior citizens.

Many years ago I earned a degree in Computer Science and used it to program for the Monterey County 911 System. While I enjoyed the analysis side of programming, I found that helping home sellers and home buyers much more satisfying.

If I'm not out helping Buyers or Sellers I'm probably doing the one thing that brings me even more satisfaction then real estate, spending time with one or more of my 7 grandchildren.
