Tom Fredericks

Tom Fredericks has been a Virginia resident for 39 years. He attended
and graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA, where he acquired a degree in Business Administration. In 2005 he became a realtor and 15 years later and representation of numerous sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants along the way, Tom then focused his efforts on obtaining a broker’s license in 2020.

Tom established Homes Twenty One Group, LLC brokerage in December of 2021. He prides himself on his awareness of current market conditions, his 17-year industry wide experience, and his vast knowledge of the Northern VA area. He strives to make sure each client need, whether big or small, is fully met. Tom seeks to lay the groundwork for a very smooth transaction by informing the client upfront about the process and educate them on any questions or concerns they have. When not working, Tom enjoys outdoor activities that include golfing, hiking, running as well as traveling. He has a serious passion for all local DC sports teams.
