He started his real estate career with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty as a sales agent in North Scottsdale and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the company's top producing agents. He retired from sales and became a co-owner of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty in 2012 and serves in numerous business development and strategic planning roles for the company.
