Thomas McGowan is retired from Screen Actors Guild, although he continues to make guest appearances in Film and Television on occasion. He is a graduate of The University of Iowa and has been involved with real estate for over 35 years. Thomas brings his love of people and houses to the market. Having restored many period homes he feels he might have enough energy for one or two more restorations. Living in upstate Connecticut with children and grandchildren close by "is heaven". "There is no place like Litchfield County. We drove the back roads for 20 years wanting to move up here and now we are here to stay." Thomas loves Litchfield county, and his vast experience with it makes him a natural in finding the right home, in the right village, for anyone.
