About Tom

Tom Suther has been in and around the real estate industry for most of his adult life. Shortly after graduating from Washburn University, Tom joined Hallmark Cards. In his spare time, he and a partner started renovating homes in Topeka as an investment. He soon progressed to Kansas City, focusing in Sunset Hill, Mission Hills, and Leawood. Tom became a licensed real estate agent in 2008 and has had a passion for growing his business with the LOCATE since.

Tom has supported his community as a board member of SAVE, Inc., a provider of permanent, transitional and emergency housing assistance to Kansas City’s most vulnerable, from 2011 to 2020, and the Stratford Gardens Homes Association. He was also a volunteer and former co-chair for the American Cancer Society’s Summer Gala.

Tom and his partner, Kevin Bryant, also a member of LOCATE, live in Brookside
and are dog parents to Betty White, their Schnoodle, and Dolly, their CavaPoo.
