I am Tom Vidal, a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Colliers in Salt Lake City.
My path to commercial real estate has been shaped by a combination of military service, entrepreneurship, and hands-on experience in the real estate industry. As a U.S. Marine veteran, I learned early the value of discipline, accountability, and perseverance. Later, as a business owner for more than a decade, I gained a deep understanding of operations, risk management, and what it truly means to build and sustain something long term.
Those experiences now shape the way I approach commercial brokerage.
I work with investors, business owners, and developers to evaluate opportunities, navigate market complexities, and make informed real estate decisions. My focus is on providing clear market insight, disciplined analysis, and trusted advisory throughout every stage of a transaction.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, I spent several years in residential real estate helping buyers navigate the housing market. That experience strengthened my negotiation skills and reinforced the importance of trust, communication, and long-term relationships.
Commercial real estate represents the natural evolution of my professional journey, bringing together leadership, business experience, and a passion for helping clients make strategic decisions with confidence.
