We thoroughly enjoyed our real estate purchasing experience with Tom Wolf. Tom is knowledgeable about neighborhoods and their characteristics, and listened to our wish lists and reactions. He patiently showed us many properties during the learning process as we discovered what we wanted in our final selection. We were excited when he called us one day and said "I think I've found a property that we should look into." That was indeed the right one. Tom helped us find temporary housing and included us in activities that helped us get to know a new city, while supporting us through a lengthy construction process. We're now enjoying our new home. Fernando is the only realtor we plan to use as long as we live in the Fort Lauderdale area. He has helped us twice now to find a rental property and we will definitely be calling him to help find a home to buy next year. Moving can be a traumatic experience and Fernando never made us feel like a bother despite how many places he showed us before we found what we were looking for. We received notice of all new properties as soon as they hit the market and he was willing to show us as many as we wanted to see.

We knew of Tom from friends and talked to him about the sale of our house. His knowledge of the area and experience in the business as well as his delightful personality and demeanor made going with the Tom Wolf team an easy choice.

Tom was always available, quick to respond, friendly and professional. Tom understood our timing needs for moving out and did a great job in setting up the contract terms for us. Couldn't be more happy.

Tom had a buyer in mind even as we signed the contract and showed the property to them as soon as we listed. This buyer looked at many properties but saw the value in our property based on Tom's expertise and they made an offer very quickly.

Professional, kind, considerate, knowledgeable are words that come to mind.

We plan to use Tom and the Remax team again in the future and have already recommended to several people. Very happy with this experience.

Three and one half years ago I wanted to buy a condo in South Florida. Tom and Fernando were my agents then. We looked at this very unit and I would never had bought without the their guidance on making an offer, well below the asking price. The seller countered my offer by just a little, and a deal was struck and I bought the unit. And at such a great purchase price, I was able to rehab the unit beautifully and stay within my budget. The Unit turned out great.
When it came time for me to sell the unit, The Tom Wolf Team were the obvious choice to be the listing agents. And once again they did an outstanding job. And now as the Seller I obtained and an offer that was well above my asking price. They are deserving of every cent of the commission they earned from the sale of this condo

I thought all realtors were all the same pushy, just trying to close and not keeping their clients near interest in mind. Tom and his team made us feel like were their top client.
