Tom Woodall

Tom is a full-time Realtor available and hard at work for his clients early each morning. He brings unique insight and expertise in this role as he has over 15 years of prior experience as a licensed residential general contractor. His construction knowledge has served his customers extremely well when making decisions on such an important personal and financial investment. Tom has been licensed since 2006 and with ERA Wilder Realty since 2014. He has consistently been one of their top agents, ranking second in volume in the Charleston market in 2017 and 2018.

Tom and his wife Lesli, who enjoys her faculty position at MUSC, love living in Charleston. He is excited he has been able to make the same thing possible for his clients throughout the beautiful Lowcountry. Tom enjoys fitness and exercise and has been an avid runner for most of his life. He also includes yoga and cycling in his regimen. The commitment and hard work necessary for these activities are representative of the approach Tom takes in all of his endeavors, including his role to ensure you find your home purchase and/or sale to be both enjoyable and successful.
