Tomaj did a Great job for us! He was always honest and courteous. He helped us to get our house renovated and prepared the house for sale. Even after the sale he helped us to purchase a new home to live in that meets our needs perfectly. We appreciate him and we give him a high recommendation! We had an excellent experience working with Tomaj during the process of finding and purchasing a property in Berkeley. He was very engaged and helpful, giving us good tips for exploring the different neighborhoods and and everything that we needed to get a smooth closing. He got us to all the open houses and virtual tours in a very quick manner. Even weeks after closing, Tomaj continued to assist us with facilitating services and communication with members of our HOA. Tomaj helped me purchase a property in San Francisco in a very competitive situation, with many other buyers bidding on the same property.
