Tomell was absolutely astounding through the entire process: putting up with my early morning texts, taking my call on a holiday while with his family and he was literally grilling chicken 😆).

He stayed on top of every step in the process and patiently answered all of my questions for which I had many.

The housewarming basket he gave us after closing was just icing on the cake! Tomell is a class act and my husband and I couldn’t have been happier to have him collaborate with us to find our dream home!

He sold our home in the north side of Santa Rosa county. Helped us price the home to move. Staged the house and helped us get it sold quickly. He was very personable and easy to work with. Tomell is the best! He was our realtor when we bought our home overseas (sight unseen) a few years ago. Absolutely incredible! The best real estate agent ever! We were PCSing from Hawaii with a six hour time difference and he was always available and also FaceTimed multiple properties with us. While going through the homes he was very detail oriented pointing out all flaws with the Home as if he was purchasing it for himself. This really took the stress out of purchasing a home site unseen! Would recommend to all family and friends and will be

Tomell truly went above and beyond what we imagined in order to make for an extremely smooth selling process. We reached out to him months before we were ready to sell by hear say that he makes things stress free and easier than you’d expect. When we made the phone call that we were ready, he was at the house that day. A few days after, pictures were taken and our home was listed and within a very short time we were under contract. He put in more effort above that we have ever heard of. Tomell is precisely the type of person everyone should have when selling or purchasing a home. His dedication, professionalism, knowledge, and his genuine care for the future of our family are all attributes potential clients should desire. Tomell is simply amazing! We met him at an open house after deciding to take the plunge and sell our house/buy a new house. He is always available, on weekends and late nights to fit our work schedule. He explained the process every step of the way and we trusted him completely. Tomell Made selling my house such a breeze! He was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He treated me like we have been friends for years. He was very transparent the entire time even during that time once contract was signed and you’re waiting to close he would call me and say “everything is still on track and i have nothing new to report”. Simple things like that goes a long way to providing great customer service. Tomell spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how homes are selling, how long listings typically stay on the market(in this sellers market), and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Tomell made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like helping with landscaping, meeting at Lowes to help pick items to make property show better, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Ten out of ten stars

Tomell Johnson made the buying of our house a very simple process. We had been working with him for about two years before we found our perfect house. He was with us every step of the way through our changing needs. He showed professionalism and patience early on when we were looking at condos and later when we changed our minds and were looking for a permanent residence. Throughout the process, he would send us emails on houses hitting the market and would make periodic calls checking in on us. Tommel is an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth and pain free as possible. Not only did he do the regular realtor duties, like listing the house, setting up photos, handling the showings and potential buyers; but he helped with everything from painting, to remodeling a bathroom, and even showed up with his own lawn mower when the grass needed to be cut. He even went through each room of the house and made a list for staging purposes. All of this was provided to us before he was chosen as our realtor! "I met Tomell at at an open house on my way home after viewing homes with the agent I was working with. He called the next day to follow up on some questions I had about the home. A month or so later I reached out to ask if he would be willing to work with me. He told me that he could not because I already had an agent and it would be unethical for him to do so. I explained that I had already spoken to my agent and she understood. Over the next couple months we viewed several listings. He was always patient and attentive. We found the right home and made the purchase. Tomell continued to be available and supportive well beyond closing. When the contract expired on a vacant lot I owned, I asked if he would sell it for me. He agreed and once again, he was supportive and worked diligently to find a buyer. We have now closed on that as well."
