Tommy Hendrix

Tommy is a Georgia Institute of Technology Graduate who brings over 16 years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer and 8 years of real estate Management & Investing.

Tommy is the Director of Hall Associates Facility Management Division and the Operations Director of the Commercial Maintenance Division. The Facility Management Division manages over 25 office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 1.8 million square feet, by integrating people, place, process, and technology. The Commercial Maintenance Division includes a staff of five full time maintenance personnel that tailor services to meet each individual owner’s needs.

Tommy is a Certified Property Manager and is also a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors, and is a past president of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors Commercial Council. Tommy’s engineering experience includes the design of heavy industrial facilities, office buildings, retail centers, churches, and schools.
