This is my second review for Mr. Tommy Williams. I've bought homes and sold homes with his expert guidance and help. He's extremely reliable and does everything he can to get you to the finish line. With all the technicalities, requirements, and "paper"work involved in a real estate transaction, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. But somehow, Tommy makes it all seem so easy. I plan on recommending him to any friends and family who need a realtor. He definitely has my seal of approval!

I've worked with Tommy to find a home twice now. The first time didn't go as planned, so I took a break searching after being outbid multiple times. After renting for a while, I decided it was time to start the search again, and Tommy was my guy. We just found a house for me, and I couldn't be more excited. Tommy is very responsive and easy to work with. He will offer advice when asked for it, but does not overstep his bounds. He is willing to see any house with his clients at a moment's notice. For anybody new to house hunting in the greater Atlanta area, I would highly recommend Tommy for the job.

Tommy is AMAZING!!! He helped my fiancé and I find a home that was perfect for us! We both go to school and work full time and needed a home close. We are now less than 10 minutes from both which is extremely convenient. Tommy was very quick to respond, professional, and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Tommy was patient while working with us. We looked for a home for about 6 months and then the home we ended up getting took 2 1/2 months to close.
