My girlfriend and I just found our awesome new home due to Toni Ann, it did not feel like we were working with a real estate agent. She looked out for us and our puppy like family. Toni was the best ! She went above and beyond for us when purchasing our first home. I have referred multiple friends to her , that have used her for their purchase as well as sale of their home. She was available for any and every question we had. She referred us to a great mortgage broker to work with as well as inspector. We will definitely use Toni again if and when we are to sell or buy anytime in the future

We met Toni by chance and we were so lucky. When we searched for a home, she gave us sound advice and always steered us in the right direction. Then, she was extremely responsive and supportive during a very frustrating closing process. We waited about 7 months to close on our first home. Toni was always someone we could reach out to for support, whether it be professional advice, contact with our lawyers, or contact with the other parties involved. I don’t think we would have survived this process without her.
