Toni is hands down the Best there is! She was very attentive to what we were looking for to purchase very helpful with the sale of our home. Toni not only made us feel at ease with all the ups and downs during our process but she made herself available to us no matter the time of day or night, if I had a question about anything she would make sure I got my answer and if she didn’t know the answer she would get someone who did know. Working with Toni was such a delight! She is very honest, polite, responsive and hard working. We found her extremely trustworthy. At every viewing, she scrutinized the houses with great detail. She is very knowledgeable- she was able to guide us on the state of the roof, appliances and the needed work in the houses we saw. I was referred to Toni by a family member when looking for a place to rent in Chicago. Even though Toni doesn't work in the Chicago market, she jumped at the opportunity! I sent her what I was looking for, price range, and general area of interest and within hours she sent me multiple options. Within a few days of that, we were downtown viewing them.
