Toni’s primary business background has been in sales and marketing. She owned her first business in 1998. From that venture, she gained a plethora of marketing, sales, management, and service experience. This led her to her true passion, Real Estate. At the start of her real estate career in 2002, she was in Central Texas near Fort Hood, the largest military base in the free world. She met her husband there and began a life as a military spouse with experiences, challenges, and rewards she could never have imagined. When her husband was assigned command of the STB (Special Troops Battalion) of the 4th Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Bliss, they picked up shop. They moved to El Paso, where Toni continued to help military families to buy and sell homes. After two deployments and twenty years of service, her husband retired in 2008, which led them to Tampa in 2010 and his new career at MacDill Air Force Base. She hated to leave her home state of Texas but was excited to experience life in the Sunshine State and set up an amazing vacation getaway space for her kids and grandkids. So it was, in 2011, that she began her Florida real estate career, and she must say, she could not be happier. When Toni is not selling homes, you will find her spending time together in her backyard, where she enjoys gardening, her newest passion. Every Wednesday night, she spends time with her father enjoying one of their favorite local restaurants in the Lutz – Land O’Lakes or Wesley Chapel areas. She often plans her next trip to Texas or hangs out with the local family at the pool and firepit. Her husband and she share their home with two precious dogs, Gus and Mr. Crash, and their adopted kitty Sam. Toni loves her job, and she loves her life here in Florida. Whether she is collaborating with Buyers or Sellers, she cannot imagine doing anything else.
