Toni Kester doesn't just listen to what her clients want, she listens to why they want it. Because she does, she can help clients envision so many more opportunities - which is so important in this market.

She helps us with our purchases and sales for flips. She knows what we want, what our comfort zone is, and what are skills can handle - and she's never steered us wrong. She's there through the entire process, from start to finish, always looking out for us. She's very knowledgeable and resourceful, and we haven't found any realtor that works as hard for us as Toni does. In fact, we've come to think of her as an integral part of our flipping business.

Toni is amazing. She made the process of buying and selling an absolute breeze. She went above and beyond on countless occasions to make our lives easier. We appreciated that she is straightforward and an excellent communicator. She is driven and very knowledgeable. We are so thankful that we had her by our side during this journey in our lives. Our kids love her, too. A genuine, kind, encouraging, positive person.
