Prior to pursuing a real estate career, Toni had a successful, 15-year career in the natural gas industry. Her diverse business experience and continued real estate education provides an added edge in negotiation terms and price as well as contractual issues that are so important to her clients.

Toni is native to the Elk Rapids area. They have many family ties in the area, and she is committed to maintaining a quality reputation. She is focused, meticulous, and knows how to listen.

Toni is a member of the Northern Great Lakes Association of Realtor (NGLR), where she has served as a Board of Director 2007-2012. She is also a member of NAR, and MAR, served on the TAAR MLS Committee 2005-06, and has been awarded the Professional Service Award for 2005 from TAAR. Toni is Quality Service Certified (QSC) and has maintained a Platinum status since 2005, representing the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry. She has been and continues to be recognized as of the "Best of the Business", an honor bestowed on the top 250 real estate service providers in North America. In February 2010, Toni received national recognition as Agent of the Month by QSC from among QSC's 22,000+members. In 2008 Toni received the Realtor of the Year award from TAAR.
