Toni Russell

Toni is a 6th generation Tampa Bay native and began her real estate career in 2002. Toni quickly established herself as an award-winning professional that same year. She was awarded Rookie of the Year and closed 1M in real estate sales. When the market changed so did she. She started managing the properties when her clients were not able to sell their homes. In 2004, she was asked to initiate a property management division for another bay area real estate firm. In a very short time she grew the division from zero listings to a portfolio of 100 properties. Which led her to be recruited by 3 other major companies to spear head the same division start up within their company. Her extensive background includes over 20 years of experience in the banking and legal industry. Combined with over 20 years of Real Estate knowledge, Toni can shed light on every aspect of all your Real Estate needs. She opened her own Brokerage in 2009 with her son Spencer, and have managed to keep the Company thriving. Her secret... Keep It Small and Do It All. Toni is also involved with several local and national professional organizations including Business and Professional Women, Preserve the Burg, St Pete Downtown Partnership, NARPM, Pinellas County Management & Leasing Council, National Association of Female Executives, and the County Commission for Disabilities. Toni is also heavily involved in her community, sponsoring major local events and serving on the BOD of several nonprofit organizations in the Tampa Bay area. She lives in the Disston Heights Neighborhood because of its friendliness and proximity to the beaches and Downtown.
