About Toni

Toni Shroyer is a Marin Native and was raised in West Marin. Toni has more than 20 years real estate experience. She is the Founder of The Indian Valley 4-H Club in Novato and founded "Pennies for Police Dogs," which resulted in the purchase of the Novato Police Department's third K-9 and provides funding for narcotics training for all three dogs. Toni is active with Novato Jr. Horseman's, is on the Board of The San Rafael Police K-9 Association, Novato Babe Ruth and San Marin All Sports Boosters. She also volunteers with the Gang Graffiti Abatement program in Novato. In addition, Toni Shroyer serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee with the Marin Association of Realtors (MAR).

Toni holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) by the National Association of Realtors. She attended UC Davis, graduated from UCLA and received her California Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. She has been a Top Producer Nationwide for Countrywide Home Loans and JPMortgage Chase Home Equity. Toni Shroyer has recently joined forces with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Previously, she was a member of the President's Club and Chairmen's Club of Bradley Real Estate where she continued to be one of Bradley Real Estate's top producers and earned Top Producer for 2018. Toni received both the Novato Patch person of the year in 2011 and the Founders Award from Frank Howard Allen Realtors.

Toni Shroyer is married to Marin Native, Jim Shroyer. They have two children, Luke and Nicole. When Toni isn't working or with family or doing community service, her passion is riding her ponies; Violet and Bee, running with her 161-pound Newfoundland dog, Grizzly Bear, rescuing animals, and having fun with her mother!
