Specializing in Retail, Office, Mixed-Use, Single and Multi-Family including Property Management and Investment Properties. Tonia Luster is Broker for TLRG and KRG. My commercial sales aren't listed nor are many of my luxury sales but, know that I have over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Immediately after obtaining my real estate license, I began working under the supervision of a highly sought after 40 year veteran commercial broker. He was a great mentor who taught me so much. So much so, that I sold my 1st Million dollar listing in East Cobb. Immediately afterward, I sold 3 apartment buildings within 1 year of being an agent. I went on to sell and lease more commercial spaces and officially fell in love with real estate. I served in a Property Manager role managing a portfolio of large commercial properties with a well known commercial real estate firm in Metro Atlanta. From the extensive knowledge I gained, I went back to school, became a broker and started my own firm, T Luster Realty but changed the firms name in 2025 to what is now, T Vaughn Luxe International.
