Mr. Conner is absolutely phenomenal. He made our experience of buying our first home incredibly simple. I was worried about the process after hearing many horror stories from friends and family but Mr. Conner quickly put my mind at ease. He was easy to work with and worked well with my crazy schedule. He did everything within his power to make sure we got to look at everything we wanted and to make sure we were taken care of and treated fairly in the entire process. He will also make you feel as if you are his only client and make sure you buy what you want.

We were new to the area and Richard went above and beyond in showing us multiple locations. He was always willing to meet us when we saw a home of interest, even on short notice! He was also super helpful in connecting us with an experienced and professional mortgage lender when our original contact left the company they were with in the middle of our home buying process. Richard is very down to earth and good to work with. There was no pressure to "hurry up" during the process. He was neutral and allowed me to make up my mind without undue influence. Rich was very instrumental in my wife and I getting our home. He was very patient during the “ looking” stage and showed us only homes that fit what we were looking for. He made himself available at anytime for questions as we were first time buyers!. He explained the whole house buying procedure and was patient as we made our decision. j.wynder Currently working together Rich has been (patiently) showing homes to me and my wife for about three months now. It's hard to find an agent willing to sacrifice weekends with their family, and Rich has been showing us homes about three weekends a month. He's knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My 4 yr old daughter even asks about him when we are not seeing homes. I would highly recommend Mr. Conner to anyone looking for an honest, down-to-earth real estate agent.
