Toni has a natural affinity for sales; it started when she became a mom and turned to a career in real estate for the flexibility it offered. Her sons are now in College, and what started out as a practical solution has turned into an infatuation with all things real estate – starting with the people, and the ability to help people put down roots and find that special place to call home.

Originally from New York, Toni has lived in Huntington Beach since 1976. She has always been a can-do type of person who always sees the glass as half-full vs. half-empty! It was this philosophy that made her such a successful volunteer fundraiser for St. Bonaventure and Mater Dei Schools when her sons were younger. It is also the strong foundation that fuels her personal real estate success, and the ability to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams.
Toni helps buyers and sellers throughout South Orange County but with a special emphasis on the Huntington Beach and Seal Beach area where she raised her family. She loves to help sellers stage their home for sale to ensure it shows to its best advantage, and ultimately achieve the best sales price. Toni is adept at negotiating the best deal for her clients, so they don’t leave any money on the table. She loves a challenge, and it is just not in her to walk away from unfinished business – even if it means working 24/7 to get the job done! For Toni, a win-win is when everyone in the transaction is satisfied with the outcome.
