Tonida did a fantastic job in handling our listing. She made sure to stick within my price comfort zone and stayed firm in negotiations. Whenever I had a concern or wanted to change something with the listing she listened and responded accordingly.

Selling this house would have been much more difficult without Tonida's support and help! Her knowledge and resources were extremely vital to selling this condo. Tonida is highly professional, relatable, and hard working!
