I can't say enough about Tony C. Doan he is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He has been so patient and kind and extremely helpful. He goes beyond his job description to try to make sure you are completely happy with your decision when renting or buying a home. Tony has helped me get out of a bad choice and set me up with a beautiful rental home. I have taken up a lot of his time yet he still continues to answer when I call and respond when I text. First off I want to sayTony didn’t sell me a house nor did I contact him to buy a home I was looking for a rental, Tony not only found me a beautiful rental exactly what I was looking for++ he gave me white glove service from start to finish and I can’t tell you what’s relief it was especially after several weeks of frustration trying to do it on my own. Most realtors usually ignore renters not Tony he took his time showed me 3-4 different places across town he was amazing. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to write this review because Tony was the absolute best. We met up with him in February right before the pandemic hit. Because of the uncertainty surrounding COVID, we were apprehensive and needed quite a bit more handholding than we anticipated. Tony stuck with us until we finally found the perfect house, in September. He had a good feel for what we were looking for and sent us listings that matched. He did not try to pressure us into a purchase out of our price range and always gave honest assessments of the properties we looked at. Even after closing, Tony went out of his way to provide referrals for work we needed done and help us with home improvements like getting new screens made and patching up a back fence.

Tony was always available, communicative, honest, and professional.

We were referred to Tony by friends who had the exact same great experience with more than one home sale and we would not hesitate to refer him to others and will use him again when the time comes!

My fiance and I found the perfect townhome in Peoria the same day we met real estate agent, Tony Duon. He led us to the ideal home we have been waiting for. After weeks of searching online through Zillow and Trulia, we first met him for a townhome tour in a gated community that just didn't fit our needs.
