I have been in sales for 36 years. For the first 20 years I worked in the Automotive Industry as a manager for automotive repair centers. Working in the automotive field I have learned very quickly how to build business by taking care of the customers. Customer Satisfaction is my largest asset as I try to ensure my customers the Best service I can provide. In leading the company in Customer Satisfaction my service grew by word of mouth as to where people could get there car repaired without being sold something they did not need and fixing the problem the first time. All while maintaining profit levels to company standards and keeping employees happy without a lot of turnover.

I later made a career move into the Mortgage Lending Industry. Here again I built my business in the same format as the Automotive Business. I worked with VA Loans, FHA Loans First time Home Buyer programs as well and I became a refinancing specialist. My work and reputation became well known as my customers continued to send friends and family to me to help create more cash flow for the ones who were already homeowners at high interest rates. My first time buyers programs worked well for Real Estate agents that worked with me as I could get young couples and new home owners into house that they could afford with little or no money out of their pocket.

After the fall of the mortgage industry in 2007 I once again found myself building my reputation again this time in automotive sales. In working for Crown Automotive Before I knew it I was the top sales associate with the top customer satisfaction percentages in GM. While winning GM Excellent awards each year I was with them. When asked how he did it I just said " I just listen to the customer and try to give them what they want". I make myself available at all times of the day to answer the questions they may have. And most of all be up front and honest to all.

When the Real Estate market started to change in 2013 I wanted to go back to my passion and what he enjoyed most and that is Real Estate. Although I became a Realtor instead of a Mortgage Consultant I found the same happiness in helping customers find what they are looking for . The joy of handing someone the keys to their new home is his award. I have now sold over 63 homes in Pinellas and Pasco County's and I continue to Grow through out Pinellas , Pasco Counties.
