Tony Dorn

Mr. Dorn is an Senior Consultant at Beitler Commercial Realty Services specializing in the lease and sale of investment property. In real estate for 35 years and at Beitler for 30 years, Tony has an impressive background in investment sales and leasing expertise in many asset classes.
Prior to joining Beitler Commercial Realty Services, Mr. Dorn was associated with Merrill Lynch, working for five years in the company’s investment division. Consistent among the top producers in the real estate arena, Tony’s association with Beitler Commercial Realty Services was his natural progression to be affiliated with a stronger, more creative and full service real estate company.
Mr. Dorn has an excellent knowledge of the commercial real estate market in the Los Angeles area, including properties currently on the market and under lease. His focus for the last several years has been the Westside, San Fernando & Conejo Valleys and Malibu areas. Additionally, Tony has a thorough understanding of the significance of demographic trends and other key business indicators in these areas.
Directing his efforts within these communities has enabled Tony to maintain a strong presence and dominance within these marketplaces. This strong knowledge of these marketplaces has enabled Tony to close over $500 Million in lease and sale transactions in the past decade.
