About Tony

In 2022, I had the privilege of facilitating a historic Real Estate Transaction – a Record-Breaking $25 million Residential/ Development transaction in Miramar Beach on Florida’s Emerald Coast. This landmark deal, in which I represented both the Buyer and Seller, is the highest recorded Sales Price for a Residential property in the Florida Panhandle.

After moving to the Destin area in 1982, I’ve come to see this place grow into something truly remarkable. A graduate of FSU with a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Kennedy Western University along with a wife of 20 years, four children and five grandchildren. My commitment to the local community goes beyond real estate – I'm an active member of Destiny Worship Center, an avid golfer, music enthusiast, and beach and boating lover. My five siblings, along with my parents, the Manthey Family, has deep-seated roots in the Emerald Coast Community.

Passionate about Real Estate and recognizing the immense potential for growth and investment opportunities along the Emerald Coast & 30A, I decided to turn my long-held passion into a full-time career. I started as a Residential Mortgage Broker and eventually became a Partner in the Brokerage. Later, I transitioned into Real Estate Sales with a Regional Real Estate Brokerage in 2009. In 2010, I made the move to Premier Property Group, serving Clients as a Real Estate Agent/Consultant for both Residential, Commercial and Development properties.

Today, I proudly oversee two Real Estate Companies, as Principal of Manthey Capital Group, LLC and GMP Development & Investment, LLC and recently started Manthey Group at Premier Property Group. Our approach is grounded in decades of expertise, local knowledge, innovative marketing, and fresh perspective on the dynamic Real Estate Market. What sets us apart is our specialization in “Off Market” opportunities, which brings exclusive possibilities to our Clients.

Over the past few years, I have represented Buyers, Seller, Investors and Developers in many high profile Real Estate transactions bring my Clients incredible investment opportunities along the Emerald Coast.

In 2022, I co-founded GMP Development & Investment, LLC with my partner, David Penney. We specialize in the Acquisition, Development, and Sale of Residential properties along the Emerald Coast. One of our current projects is a 6,600 SF 6-Bedroom/7-Bathroom Luxury Coastal Modern Bay/Waterfront 'Spec Home' in Kelly Plantation, with an expected completion date in late September 2023.
