Tony Mecca sold my mom's house for my family. A previous realtor said it would sell for between $150,000 and $175,000.
I sensed something wrong about the estimate, and I thought it could sell more in the neighborhood of $200,000 to $215,000.
I eventually found Tony to represent our family and the house. The house sold for $254,000. That was $40,000 more than my idea for it, and at least $80,000 more than the other realtor's estimate! So in my opinion, check out Tony if you're looking to get the very best price for your property!

My house was on the market for almost a year with another real estate and no offers. I felt like the other agent just waited for showing requests and didn’t really market my property.
I switched agents. Tony had my house sold in 1 day. He did a video of my property and put it in a real estate magazine.
