Tony had sold several condos in my complex and seemed the logical choice. This local market presence and experience in my complex translated into accepting an offer before having an open house or even hitting the MLS. My condo was sold so fast my head was spinning, at a price that beat my expectations. Additionally, Tony is just a great guy. He made the transaction go smoothly and was looking out for my best interests all the time. This sale was far less stressful than when I bought the condo.
