Tony St. George

Mr. St. George joined the firm at inception to assist in managing the group’s property portfolio. His role has expanded to include acquisition analysis and asset management. He actively manages the firm’s investments to enhance performance by resolving operational issues, addressing leasing challenges, and optimizing capital investments. Mr. St. George oversees the strategic planning, management, leasing, financial analysis, and operating and capital budgets of Alpine’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Alpine, Mr. St. George worked as a banking analyst. His multi-faceted analytical background in credit and real estate reflect his fixation on details which is essential in due-diligence, execution, and monitoring transactions. Tony received his Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Pacific, and holds an Idaho real estate license.
