Tony went above and beyond any expectations we had of a realtor. He told us about positives and any negatives of every house we were interested in. When we decided on a house, he guided us through every step involved in putting in a bid, home inspection, procedure for closing, etc. He has even offered suggestions for changes in the house that we want to make and who we might get to do them. In addition to all of that, he was very understanding of our anxieties in purchasing a home and is very personable. Hopefully, we will not move again but if we do, Tony will be a part of it.

Tony took over my listing after I had my house listed with another realtor for several months. He had helped my friend sell her condo easily and quickly, and also helped her buy her new condo without even seeing it because she trusted him - and she loves it. He came highly recommended. He was able to sell my previously “unsellable” house and for 50k more than the previous agent tried to sell it for. He came in and immediately started giving me ideas on how to better market my house, hired a professional photographer, and let me know how we would run open houses, if necessary. He had a plan and it impressed me because it vastly differed from my previous experience. Tony got me MULTIPLE offers tens of thousands of dollars above what I thought I would get, not to mention within only a few weeks of taking on the listing. I know this is a hot market, but you have to realize my house sat for MONTHS without a single offer and listed for 50k LESS. But Tony came in and turned that all around! He saved me and my house! His negotiation skills are top notch! I also really appreciated how quick he was to communicate, always kept me in the loop, was strong willed when it mattered, made my life easier by researching who to use for my repairs, and shared how much he cared for my well-being when I dealt with the death of a pet in the middle of showing my house. Tony is truly one of the greatest realtors I have worked with or even heard of, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone and everyone that would listen! I’ve had multiple realtors in the past, and Tony far surpassed any of my expectations! He took my sad, hopeless story, and ended up getting me more than I imagined! He’s a miracle worker!!!

One really helpful thing he said was “you will know which house when you walk in and get that feeling “ if i called him and he couldn’t answer he always got back to me to let me know he would get back to me as soon as possible. Tony is superb for a number of reasons. He was quickly able to get a sense of my style in homes and the feel of what I wanted both in a house and in the surroundings. My well-being in getting a place that would be good for me was his primary focus, more important than him getting a sale. He is thorough in so many important ways throughout the process, for example: he was quick to spot troubles and issues with houses, steering me away from ones that I liked because of structural or functional issues that he understood much better than I did. Tony is about building relationships and he does so with sincerity and authenticity. I knew in the process of finding my next home that he was caring for me and my well-being. Can't express how mind calming it was to work with someone who is always looking out for your best interests. Even though we were looking within a 60 mile radius he never complained once about traveling to show us homes.
