Since May of 2015, Tony has helped my Wife and me sell 2 homes and buy our current home. During that process, he also became the agent for one of our buyers and likewise helped them sell their home. Tony is very knowledgeable in the current real estate market. He was always available to answer questions and was very forthcoming with any new issues or information regarding our transactions. through the entire process he was a calming influence to all parties involved especially during times of stress such as when 2 of our transactions initially fell through. Tony worked tirelessly to find buyers for our homes as well as spending countless hours helping us find our new home. He was always ready with recommendations pertaining to what inspectors to use, mortgage brokers and options as well as keeping us informed of any obscure issues which he felt might hinder our transactions. My husband and I have a busy work schedule. Tony made himself available whenever we could meet. As we saw houses our preference changed for where we wanted to live and the kind of property we wanted. Tony was very adaptable to these changes. At one point we felt discouraged that we wouldn't find a home this year. Tony was one of the hardest working agents we met. He didn't just sit back, list the house, and use the success of his companies name to bring people to see our house. Tony set up a specific marketing strategy for my house and hustled to get people to view our house. Tony sold our house within two weeks of listing it.
