Tonya was the most a professional realtor I have ever had the chance of being with. Her level of professionalism and kind hearted personality, made the entire move as less stressful as any could be.

2: Personality - Tonya became truly part of our family of 6 during the process. She offered to take us out for lunch multiple. She had shown true interest in all my kids. She made us feel not as if we were working with someone trying to make a buck but someone who cared about us all.

3: Overall Process - Being a military family it can be hectic and the schedule changes frequently. Tonya not only understood this but worked with us throughout the entire process and provided us many opportunities to view houses as well as speak with her anytime time of the day and night. Allowing Tonya Brown to handle the sell of my home has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She displays true professionalism, is very patient, and has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. I felt at ease working with Tonya because I felt she had my best interest at heart and I could trust her. She kept me informed during the process, was honest with her feedback and respected my input. She knew what things needed to be done to pass the inspection and suggested low cost modifications that would draw buyer’s interest and give added value to the property.
Tonya staged my home to look welcoming, and comfortable. She mailed out notices to everyone in the community that my property was for sell. She posted about three dozens pictures and used a videographer to capture not only my home but the beauty of the community. No stone was left unturned. All this was done with no extra cost to me!
I had a contract on my house 2 days after it was listed! Tonya has an excellent reputation and I understand she’s been recognized as a top seller/buyer agent by her company.
