I think Tonya Hurt is a great realtor! I have never dealt with real estate before, and being a total novice, had no idea how to deal with my parents' estate. It was an emotional roller coaster for me, with a reverse mortgage deadline, and Tonya helped me navigate through all the roadblocks that came up before and after our listing. She even suggested a licensed contractor to help us get ready and he came in and worked FAST. I didn't understand some of the complexities, and she talked me through all of them. When we are ready to buy a home of our own, I will contact her. Tonya Hurt has my complete trust. Thank you, Tonya!

I just purchased the home I am in with Tonya as my agent. I have worked with her in the past. As stressful as a home purchase can be, Tonya 100% has your best interests in mind. She treats you as she would a family member or friend. I definitely consider her my friend. If she gets you into a home with a lot of issues or that you may regret, who would you go recommend her to?, is more or less her approach. I have recommended her to multiple people. One of who just also closed on a home. She has years of experience and she is definitely on your side!!!
